Rún, magic grimoure

The Museum of Icelandic Sorcery & Witchcraft will puplish the magic grimoire Rún next month. Expecting publishing day is on November 10th. The book is a facsimile of the manuscript and is translated into English as well.
The tradition to copy manuscripts of old materials lived among the general puplic in Iceland into the 20th century. Rún (literally: Rune) was copied by hand at a small farm in Strandir district and gives an excellent sample of the magic which survived ever since such manuscripts were presented in 17th century courts.
